The Aldebarán restaurant from Alicante is a open balcony to the sea, located on the top floor of the Real Club de Regatas (Royal Yacht Club).

Aldebarán has continued the gastronomic restaurant Maestral line, betting on a quality Mediterranean cuisine and full in sea flavor.

The cuisine is led by the widest range of typical Alicante rice and traditional seafood dishes made with seafood flown in daily from the fish markets of Alicante and Santa Pola.

From the warm rooms of Aldebaran you can enjoy the spectacle of the different types of boats resting in the calm waters of the Port of Alicante and the beautiful views of the castle of Santa Barbara and the entire coastline of the city of Alicante.
