The camera-ready versions of the papers are due on May 8th, 2011. Due to the time deadline for submitting the final proceedings, this deadline is STRICT.
Please upload your camera-ready via the WASSA 2.011 submission system, taking into account the following:
- FULL PAPERS* are allowed up to 8 pages of content and 2 extra pages for references;
- SHORT PAPERS are allowed up to 6 pages of content and 1 extra page for references.
For the camera-ready submission, please use the specifications at: http://www.acl2011.org/authors.shtml. The style might be different from the one used for the initial submission. The size of the paper is US letter size and not A4.
When you submit your camera-ready version, once you log in with your paper's passcode, you will see two links for submitting your final version. The first is the standard submission form. The second one was specifically added so that you can submit your compressed archive. This archive must contain the pdf version of the paper, the original source files (doc/latex) and the signed and scanned copyright form, which can be found at http://www.acl2011.org/authors.shtml.
The authors do NOT have to register for the workshop if they want to have their paper published in the proceedings (i.e. their paper will be published independently of the fact that they register or not). Of course, they have to register if they will attend the workshop.
When you upload your final version, please include the source files (either the latex sources or the .doc(x) file) together with your .pdf-generated file, in a compressed archive.
The authors of the accepted FULL PAPERS will be contacted shortly about the camera-ready version for Special Issue of the Decision Support Systems journal (i.e. length, format, etc.)
