Authors of papers must submit their papers by April 21, 2010. The papers must describe completed work (12 pages maximum). Submissions will be evaluated according to the relevance and originality of the work, as well as with respect to their ability to generate discussions between the participants of the workshop. All submissions must follow the Springer-Verlag LNCS standard paper format and be submitted electronically in PDF format through the QWE Review System. Any submission should clearly emphasize which aspects of the paper make it relevant to the workshop.
All papers accepted for the workshop will be published by Springer as part of its Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series, as a separated volume for the ICWE workshops. This volume will be produced after the workshop, and it will include revised versions of all the accepted papers, where the discussions at the workshops have been taken into account. The deadline for the submission of such revised versions is July 25, 2010. Together with the pdf version of the paper manuscript, authors will need to submit the source files of their paper and a signed and scanned LNCS copyright form. The workshop Post-Proceedings will be published by Springer around the 30 September, 2010. Presenting authors will receive a copy of the proceedings via regular mail.
Additionally, a proposal for a special issue in a relevant journal that is based on the workshop outcome is being prepared.
