Keynote Speech: Web Usability and the New ISO Quality Model
Usability and accessibility are widely ignored in web development. The model for software quality in ISO 9126 is currently being revised to distinguish between software usability, system usability and data usability. The presentation will suggest how this model can be used to help better specify web requirements and to evaluate web usability and accessibility.
