After the dinner, Congress participants will be taken

to use Internet, please ask the personnel of the Technical Secretariat.
POSTERS
PRESENTATIONS
Poster sessions will take place on the same room where
the Registration Desk is located. Authors are kindly asked to fix their posters
themselves. Please use one of the boards and stay by your poster all the time
indicated in the programme for the Poster Sessions. Materials for attaching
posters to the boards will be provided by the Organization at the conference
site.
The Secretary’s staff (Secretaría Técnica) will be pleased to answer any queries that you
might have. Please call us on (610 488808) if you wish to contact us during the
conference ( Wednesday and Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday from 8.30
a.m. to 2 p.m. )
The Registration Desk will be closed on days 20 and 21
from 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
