Submitted papers should be approximately 15 double-spaced pages, in Postscript, PDF or MS Word format. Full papers should be submitted at DOLAP'05 submission web system by July 19, 2005.

Papers will be reviewed by the program committee for their technical merit, originality, significance, readability, and relevance to the workshop. Authors will receive notification of acceptance/rejection by August 20. Camera-ready copies of accepted papers are due on September 13, and will be published in the workshop proceedings by ACM Press. The maximum length of final papers will be 8 pages in double column. Best selected papers will be published in a special issue of the Decision Support Systems Journal.
