--- Springer publishes a full-text electronic version of LNCS in parallel with the printed version, thus the electronic source of accepted papers is required (Springer-Verlag strongly prefers the LaTeX 2e format, but .rtf format is acceptable).

--- If you use LaTeX please also send a .zip-file including all source files that are necessary for compiling your paper such as .eps pictures and figures, as well as a .pdf-version of your paper.

--- See the Springer site for author instructions and read them carefully.

--- Final versions of accepted papers may not exceed 10 pages in LNCS format.

--- Final versions of accepted papers up to 12 pages will be billed € 120,- per extra page more than 10.

--- Final versions have to be sent BEFORE August 16, 2005 by email to: er2005ws.org@ifit.uni-klu.ac.at; the email should contain the paper no. and the short-name of the workshop. Additionally, please upload the same camera ready version to our web system. However, please, be sure that the final version is sent to er2005ws.org@ifit.uni-klu.ac.at before August 16.

--- Please send us also by email or fax BEFORE August 16 the signed Copyright Form by indicating the Workshop title; please fill in the title of your contribution and the data of the corresponding author. The fax number is +43 463 2700 3798

--- Papers not complying with the LNCS guidelines or exceeding 12 pages will NOT BE PUBLISHED.

--- For each accepted workshop paper at least one author must have registered before August 16, 2005, and have paid the registration fee before August 23, 2005. Otherwise, the paper will NOT BE PUBLISHED.

--- Accepted workshop papers must be presented at the conference. By registrating as an author for the conference workshops a contract is concluded with the ER2005 organizers. Registered authors who do not show up at the conference are liable for any damage or losses the ER2005 organizers might suffer.
